Reply from meghan, Age 13 - 04/17/08 - IP#: 96.244.5.xxx Well food wise in the morning i eat whole grain cereal with lowfat milk. and then at school i buy lunch so i usually just get the main food item and a water no like snacks on the side and for dinner i'll eat a salad and i'll put like 4 chicken nuggets or something like that in it. and then for excersise i'll either ride my bike around my neighborhood or i'll run a mile on my treadmill. good luck everyone stay strong =]
