Ht. 5'5", Start: 206 lb, Today: 201 lb, Goal: 120 lb - Its a new week and a new start on my fitness regime. I keep wanting to work out in the morning, but then I wake up and get really depressed so I go back to sleep haha. Breakfast: fruit and oatmeal. Midmorning snack: a tortilla i can make last for hours. Lunch: a lettuce, spinach and tofu salad with soy milk, fruit Afternoon snack: half a pita and hummus Dinner: the other half of the pita, either a tofurkey dog or a vegan burger and a serving of V8 Splash. Excercise: 30 minutes on both elliptical and treadmill, and 1 hour of weight lifting. And if I have time I will try to fit in a walk around my neighborhood after school (about 1.3 miles). But I am usually so busy that I cant spare more than 2 hours daily.

Oh yeah, and I want to reach around 140 by the start of college September 24
