Ht. 5'8", Start: 179 lb, Today: 167 lb, Goal: 150 lb - Hey guys =]
Well, in 3 weeks i lost 12lbs which was great! However it has now been more than two weeks since then and i haven't lost any more! Its so disappointing because i have been sticking to eating healthy foods and have been exercising at least 3 times per week...but still no change on the scales! It makes it so tempting to just give up and have what i want but im not going to do that, i'll just have to work extra hard to get to my goal. Im hoping to get to 165 by the start of May so lets hope i drop those 2lbs in the next week or so lol. <3

you've done so great already, so you can definitely lose more! try working out 4x a week instead of 3, or increase your workout time. also, try weight lifting, because muscle boosts metabolism. good luck, i know you can do it!
