hey guys. so i've just started weight watchers. this was my first week on it and i've felt really good about myself. i am allowed 26 points due to my weight. most days i have points left over which is a good thing. i have also been walking one mile everyday (except yesterday and today). i have a condition called fibromyalgia which affects my muscles and recently my ankle has been swollen and very sore. does anyone know any exercises i could do that wouldnt affect my legs/ankles? i really want to get rid of my "bra fat" you all know what im talking about. my mom told me if i lose 15 lbs. i can get a belly button ring and im working really hard. i want to be able to look good in a bikini this summer. what are some good diet foods that you all enjoy? im a very picky eater and its hard for me to find healthy things to eat. any suggestions?

once you start to lose weight i'm sure your ankle will feel a million times better b/c you won't have so much constant pressure on it all the time. i know that sometimes healthy foods like some fruits and veggies don't taste the greatest but try to start adding them in to your diet. once you start eating them, your body will begin to crave them and you'll probably start liking them. good luck

I have so many problems with my ankles put have solved them. Since you're running you're poundind down on your ankles but if you do lunges and squats you strengthen all muscles in your legs and avoid injurt that's is what I had to do in physical therapy and it worked great. Also try standing on just that ankle to get balance so you won't roll your ankle.
