Ht. 5'7", Start: 331 lb, Today: 331 lb, Goal: 300 lb - Ive changed up my goals because I figured out if I tackle my goals in smaller portions I don't become so discouraged and give up. This week was such a mess, I did good the first 3 days and after that it went downhill, I just have to build on my will power because I give in so easily to fatty foods. I hope that I can get to 300 way before school starts back in August, i'm going to push myself, because strangely about myself, I don't mind working out, I ACTUALLY LIKE IT lol, its just when it comes to food I don't do so good. So next week i'm going back to my original plan of the special k for breakfast, sandwhich for lunch, salad for dinner, lots of water and 2 hours of exercise at the rec center, if I can build this habit for the last two weeks of school, i think I can maintain it througout the summer. By this Christmas I want to be in the 200's. My inspiration is celebrity fit club and the biggest loser, mainly the biggest loser, it helps me to keep going. so i hope everyone else is doing well!

You are so correvt in what how you want to get to your goal.. taking it in small incriments.(spelling im not sure) im 350 at the moment i have already lost 25lbs. but im taking my goal at 25 lb incriments. and i think thats what will work for you too. try it.. if it works or even if it doesn't e-mail me meggynut1@yahoo.com i'd love to hear your point of view on small goals.

yeah i like working out too. its the food that messes me up all the time!
