Ht. 5'8", Start: 198 lb, Today: 201 lb, Goal: 170 lb - hi as as you can see in my current weight ive put on 3 more pounds im really gutted ever sice ive tried to lose weight ive put on more weight because i feel under pressure about myself and i eat to feel better even my family are starting to think im fat my dads trying to make me go to ther gym and my mum jusy says well no wonder you dont fit in your jeans look at the food your eating and it really does hury especially when its your family

remember that when you eat to feel better you just feel better for about, what? a few minutes then you feel guilty and depressed for eating andf wanna puke i think that if you'd control yourself and not eat when you feel down it'll make you feel accomplished and automatically make you feel better!g'luck

Just remember what you told me. You said "remember while your eating the cheese sticks, is this really worth it?" you might exactly eat cheese sticks but whatever it is that makes you feel better, there's a way to prevent eating it. I try to get out of the house as much as possible, away from all the food. It helps.
