Ht. 5'5", Start: 151 lb, Today: 148 lb, Goal: 130 lb - Guess what I did yesterday! A 5K(3.1 miles) for charity! I was planning on just walking it with my friends but once we got there we decided to run. We jogged most of the time with some pauses to walk and catch our breath. It took me about 36 minutes. I'm proud of myself! :) I'm glad i've been running every day or else I would have done a lot worse. Today, i jogged for 30-40 minutes, again with walking breaks. I've eaten a bagel with margarine, a few tortilla chips with salsa (maybe a 100 calories worth, a diet pepsi, a 90 calorie smoothie, and i still have to eat dinner. I think i'm going to go for a walk and maybe eat some peanut butter crackers before dinner. Have i done ok today? comments appreciated!
