Ht. 5'2", Start: 126 lb, Today: 126 lb, Goal: 110 lb - AAAAAAGH.
Today, i ran for like 5 minutes then i got tired and walked the rest of the way. also i ate really well during the day, (special K for brekkie, salad, apple and juice for lunch) and then the minute i got home i ate 2 brownies and like 4 cookies. i have a humongous problem of controlling my cravings! if anyone has any tips on that, then respond please:)
also if anyone has any tips on staying motivated to get in shape, that would be awesome!

yeah- you need to eat more protein throughout the day. special k, a salad and apple aren't good sources of protein. add some chicken to that salad- or boiled eggs. also- cut out the juice, usually companies add a whole bunch of stuff you don't need to be drinking in their products. eat your calories- don't drink them, drink plenty of water and have a delicious healthy snack ready for you when you come home so you're not tempted by something else...

i dont know how to get RID of cravings but the best way of getting away from the food that calm the craving is to get out of the house or wherever you are. Thats how i do it.
