Ht. 5'3", Start: 175 lb, Today: 175 lb, Goal: 140 lb - Dude, i need help. MAJORLY. My weight is getting me depressed because i want to be that skinny girl that can fit into every cute thing. I am so insecure i won't show my arms or legs. :/ I need help, badly. I am starting to cut out snacks, completly. Same with soda. Fruits and Veggies are only, except when we do have meat around the house.. i will eat some of it but everything in small portions. I have no hope in this, i have tried so many times before. I have failed. My depression has just gotten worse and worse :/ Ugh, help me.

it's great that you are giving up soda. soda is really bad for you. but you shouldnt give up all snacks. its better to eat 5 small meals in a day than 3 big meals. those snacks [depending on the calorie amount] could be used in those small meals. dont give up though...it just takes time.

drink alot water water it also keeps your metabolism up and makes you feel full

You sound so much like me, it's weird. So we are on the same boat here. Do the challenge with me since we weigh like the samething. Do you have any exercise equipment at home? I have a treadmill in my room but I hardly use it. I used to a lot before (when I had time..no school+no job) but now I have school and job so the treadmill is just collecting dust. School is out in 2 weeks though so I am definitely going to use it. You don't need equipment to lose weight though. I I could be one of those girls who jog outside in the open air but I'm so embarassed all the time. It sucks. To lose weight, you should eat small meals every 3 hours. It sounds ridiculous but it boosts up your metabolism which results in weight loss. Good Luckk
