Ht. 5'1", Start: 145 lb, Today: 142 lb, Goal: 110 lb - gahh!$#&%&* so on monday i started training back up for cross country. I have ran 2 miles for the past 3 days. Today I had tennis practice for 2 hours then I went running. I started eating healthier and I gained 2 pounds since saturday!!#@%%$ I don't know what I'm doing wrong??? any ideas?

are you about to get your period? also- are you drinking enough water- you should be drinking more than usual with the boost of exersize. the less water you drink- the more you retain. we can retain up to 10 lbs of water weight just from being dehydrated! crazy, huh? so make sure you're drinking enough water!
