Ht. 5'4", Start: 214 lb, Today: 204 lb, Goal: 145 lb - is it possible for me to get to around 160-175 by the second week in june? any ideas for exercises and some good food to buy? im a picky eater and im also on the weight watchers diet. and i've been walking a mile everyday.

30 lbs in a month? I wouldn't suggest it- no. you could lose about half that if you eat extremely healthy- like no refined sugar or processed foods- a lot of fruits and veggies and a lot of cardiovascular exercise like jogging- anything that gets your heart rate up and gets you sweating. good luck!
