It seriously covers everything about healthy teen eating, exercise, and body issues. It's really helped me so far. And one you get in shape, remember that it's not how you LOOK, it's how HEALTHY you are. Some of us aren't meant to be sticks--but curves can be sexy, so love and respect your body.
