Ht. 5'5", Start: 184 lb, Today: 178 lb, Goal: 150 lb - Also, how do you guys make time for exercise? I have workout clothes and such, but I always have a lot of homework during the week and by the time I do my chores and stuff I can't force myself to work out becuase I just want to relax. Any help?? OH, and CLAIRE--I love doing yoga when I'm stressed. It works. Trust me!

Personally, I think that if you work out in the morning it will be good for you. This will wake you up and plus you don't have to strain in the afternoon for energy to work out .15 to 30 minutes in the morning should do it.

I used to do yoga stuff but I just don't have the time or patience anymore !:( but now that it's summer break, I should start again. And yes, David A is adorableeeeee! I love both of them, who's your pick to win? It took me about 1 year and a half to lose it which is a long time, considering some people lose around 80-100 lbs in a year! I just got super stressed and slacked off and the stress actually made me gain 18 lbs so now I weight 178 (what you weigh) we are like in the same boat!
