Ht. 5'4", Start: 210 lb, Today: 176 lb, Goal: 140 lb - Ok so my weight loss journey started off great (2 years ago) I was losing left and right but then I slacked off due to school work and regular work...stress made me gain weight so I want to lose that weight now! My starting weight was 210. My current weight is 176 (used to be 165 until I gained:( ) and my goal weight is 160...so I hope to lose about 20 lbs this summer! I WILL be successful, today is the starting of a new mindset for me...I'm on my period though so that sucks:( but who cares! I will not let that get in the way of my success! lol I'm determined. I have finals all this week but I will try my best and hardest to work my butt off, starting small and going for the big work outs. Good luck to you all! wish me luck too! I really need it.

also just wanted to point that my goal weight is 160--to get there by the end of the summer (this challenge!) but my ultimate and overall goal weight for life is 140!
