Ht. 5'8", Start: 227 lb, Today: 198 lb, Goal: 120 lb - ok i kno this may sonud wierd but ima bout to eat dreamy chocolate peaput better fudge its not what you im making it and its only 65 calories its outa this new book my mom got the ingredients are:::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::: 1 18.3-once box betty crocker fudge brownies
,2 cups canned pure pumpkin, 2 table spoons reduced fat peanut better the directions are::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::
preheat ur oven 2 350, put brownie mix and pumpkins in a bowl and mix. put the mixture in a pan and put peanut butter on top use a fork to swirl in the peanut better bake for 35 min.

um...so those pieces must be really small for 65 calories because everything but the pumpkin (maybe even the pumpkin if it's sweetened) is really high in calories
