This always happens as soon i start to lose some weight, i just want it off quicker and quicker and when it doesnt i feel so bad. Ive lost 15lbs since the end of march but it feels like ive not lost any weight for a while as that weight came off really quick and now im losing really slow. People are starting to say things like 'you're losing weight' and 'you're getting a lot thinner' but i dont feel any thinner at all =[ From now on im going to try my hardest to weigh in just once a week as i think that will help me stay on track for the whole week, its just so hard though cos im completely obsessed with the scale, seriously i weigh myself numerous times per day! Hope you guys are doing better than me!
