My name is Hani and I am in need of losing weight. I am so tired of being fat. No one ever makes fun of me but I feel like it's disgusting. I am so ready to make a change now. I'm not going to starve myself but I am going to make myself start a healthy life style. I know much about eating right but not enough about exercise. Yeah me too. everyone thinks i look fine...but i dont. so im going to do this until im happy in my own skin...(and not wishing i was in someone else's) but im now a vegetarian. and its awesome! i dont eat any meat or bread. no cows milk either. eat as many fuits and veggies as you like. drink soy milk. beans and brown rice. and oatmeal. it also works great when you excercise in the morning before you eat....then your body takes from your fat and not from the calories you've already eaten in the day. good luck....and e-mail me....jpatikan@yahoo.com
Reply from Amanda, Age 19 - 05/24/08 - IP#: 63.135.9.xxx walking is key. our bodies were designed to walk. apparantly walking 30 minutes a day is very effective. then you could work your way up to a light jog. it doesnt require machines or expensive workout equipment, just move your body. even turning up the music and dancing in your room for 20 minutes works. good luck! :)
