Woohoo, im getting so close to my goal =]
Im starting to really notice a difference in my body now which makes me feel so good.
Its getting harder to stay on track though cos i just feel hungry all the time :s its not cos im not eating enough though bcos i have bfast, snack, lunch, snack, dinner, snack so im definitley eating enough!
It may be because im off school on study leave as i have exams just now so its a lot harder being in the house alone all day surrounded by food! Im back at school on monday though so things should get even better then!

That's awesome! Keep up the great work! If you ever feel tempted, think of something you really want. Tell yourself that for ever x amount of pounds you loose, you'll buy that for yourself. Things like manicures and lotion are great becuase they're not TOO expensive and can help you improve your body. This is also great with clothes. For example, imagine the pair of jeans you own now, then the pair of skinny jeans you saw in Macy's last weekend. Will eating this food help that first pair become the second pair? Or you could splurge and by yourself a few new shirts or something once you hit a major goal. Hope this helped.
