Ht. 5'5", Start: 133 lb, Today: 167 lb, Goal: 125 lb - for some reason, when i gain weight, it all goes to my stomach. literally, all of it. ive put on 35 pounds since christmas break, and now i've got this big flab surrounding my middle. large love handles, muffin top, you name it. im afraid to get pants that i could just tuck my stomach into, but i dont want to have a bulge right there, and believe me, it'd be a big one. what i have been doing is buying 2 pants sizes bigger, and just pulling the extra so it falls over the jeans. of course either way looks bad, but i dont wanna resort to a bulge there. my stomach falls over my jeans by at least an inch and a half the entire way around. i noticed the other day how big and flabby i am because i was in my car doing homework before school, and my stomach just laid on top of my book, and took up about half the page. when i tried to make it so i could see the whole page, i couldnt move it without it being tilted from being on top of my entire stomach. if i put it halfway, half my flab still covered some of the page. i feel like i could grab a fistful around my hips, or love handles, and still have plenty left to grab. how do i target this area? i try to eat healthy but im so busy i resort to fast food a lot. i try to work out but i just dont ever feel like doing it. how can i get rid of this monster on me the fastest? im sick of it weighing me down. help!
