Is it better to excersize in the morning or before bed? Does anyone know how many calories i should consume daily? And when should i stop eating every night? 6?
Reply from Ellie, Age 15 - 06/01/08 - IP#: 212.30.5.xxx just less than you normally eat is the key but the faster you want to lose it the more you cut out. erm exercise- as much as you can fit in, don't over do it build up gradually. there is no set time to stop eating but give yourself some time for it to digest before you go to sleep
Reply from Motivated, Age 18 - 05/31/08 - IP#: 71.192.26.xxx you should start out slow and add on time each week. like start working out every other day doing cardio 30 minutes and add ten minutes each week untill you get up to an hour- then start adding in strength training between cardio sessions and so on. just stop eating after you've eaten dinner. it also depends on when you go to sleep- give yourself a couple of hours to digest- for instance- if you go to sleep around ten stop eating around 7-8 at night and so on. look up your bmr on caloriesperhour.com to figure out how many calories you burn a day, also add in what you exersize off too- then subtract 500 calories or so from that to lose weight and that's how much you should eat a day.
