Ht. 5'8", Start: 225 lb, Today: 171 lb, Goal: 150 lb - arrrrghhghghgh. k i was 171 like a week ago. great right? well all of a sudden my weight went up to 175 and i havent changged anything. i think it might be because im supposed to get my period soon, but still. im getting frusterated. i just wanna be 150 so bad. but the good news is i had taken a full body pic of myself at 195, and then i did the other day at 171 and put them together. wow. what a difference 24 pounds makes. its really motivating to see the difference. anyways, stay strong everyone. bye!!

weigh yourself in the morning and once every week. weight varies so much everyday because of what you eat, wheater your on your period and things like that. so if your up 4 pounds its likely that its water weight or just bad weigh in timing

hey, since it probably means your about to go on your period i would suggest maybe don't weigh yourself till the end of it because you may depress yourself and binge. just try and eat well and take it easy x
