Ht. 5'2", Start: 220 lb, Today: 216 lb, Goal: 117 lb - I lost another pound and I'm on my period so despite being hormonal and bloated I'm still losing weight. I can't wait til it's over so I can see if I lost more weight! Oh and my birthday is in 10 days... woo hoo!! Anyone here do yoga? I just started and it's such good exercise and great for stress.

Thanks, yeah I work out three days a week as well, I do the elliptical machine and the treadmill right now and I'm going to add strenght training soon. I am doing good so far. I just want to keep up my motivation. It's always nice to see weight come up... it's just keeping up with it when you hit a wall. Good luck to you too! i just started to do pilates. and its so good. even though its only 15 minutes a day its excellent. i just started running this week and i already feel better. you should give that a try too. i saw that you weigh the same that i do, and thats really helpful for me cause most of these weight loss sites i see, every one says that they weigh 165 and wanna lose 15 pounds. so keep up the good work!
