Ht. 5'8", Start: 181 lb, Today: 180 lb, Goal: 140 lb - reasonable to lose 20lbs in 3 months, working out 4-5 times a week and obviously having a better diet? just got my gym membership today and my friend and i are gonna work out over the summer-wish us luck! :)

definately. just keep plugging away with exercise and sticking to the diet plan.
