Reply from Motivated, Age 18 - 06/02/08 - IP#: 71.192.26.xxx um- i don't know what's up with the last poster but 2lbs a week isn't too bad. it's doable. something you can do to lose quicker is cut back on the simple carbs(like sugary goods) and sodium to lose some extra water weight.
