Ht. 5'5", Start: 228 lb, Today: 228 lb, Goal: 145 lb - another new diet. but really, this one has to work. i really need the motivation and thats what i lack. i will always start out strong, and then i go out to eat or something and then eat everything. but its my senior year next year and i dont want to look like this anymore.

I'm going to be a senior next year too! I figured since we are both heading into our senior year next year i can help you stay on track, and you can help me. I know i am not technically overweight right now, but i know what it feels like to be 128 lbs and i really want to be there again. during the first semester of my freshman year i weighed 170 lbs. I decided to make a change for the new year and began to lose weight. By march i lost 40 lbs. I kept that off all of last year, but this year i have been so stressed i put on 10 lbs.
