Ht. 5'4", Start: 198 lb, Today: 159 lb, Goal: 125 lb - hey does anybody know any websites where you can find out your recommended daily caloric needs i calculated my total that i will eat today and it was only 800 which is probably very unhealthy but i don't know what to do please and thank you xoxo's forever to you all

Keep in mind it's not just about the calorie intake. It's also about what you eat. Alot of losing weight is a total lifestyle change. You can eat the right number of calories but eat bad things and you won't lose. Just make better choices so your calories last longer and you feel less hungry.

800 cals are bad...that an really hurt you body.. and make you gain weight over time...i think somewhere on this site will have the daily cal count you can also google it or talk to your doctor.... i personaly do 1200-1500 because the recommend is 2000 a day
