Ht. 5'7", Start: 190 lb, Today: 170 lb, Goal: 145 lb - Hey you guys haven't been on here in a while. Hope everyone is doing good. So i want to weight around 145 in Febuary. I believe its possible but im going to need some help. Ne one want to be a weight loss buddy with me. One who will stick and not ditch after a week or so. I have aim and yahoo messanger and myspace and email. If u want to be a buddy ill give u my info. Yesterday i exercised well though. I rode my bike for about 10 or so miles. and didnt eat alot. I have been gettin lazier since my parents bought me a car so i need help breaking my driving everywhere habits if ne one has ideas on how to break that. thanks.

heyy i weight 170 right now and my main goal is 150 but i want to get to 145 by around january/february for my 20th birthday. if you want to be buddies id definately be up for it :)

yeh the friving habit that can be a hard thing to break but there are tricks like only drive it it will take longer then a 20min walk... park as far away as you can from the doors... if you need a buddy i am willing to help out i could use someone there to help out...i have yahoo and aim too if you are intrested let me know
