Ht. 5'1", Start: 210 lb, Today: 210 lb, Goal: 148 lb - HELLO EVERYONE , AS YOU CAN SEE I NEED TO LOSE A LOT OF WEIGHT. 62 POUNDS TO BE EXACT.I WANT TO GET READY FOR BASKETBALL SEASON AND I WANT TO MAKE THE TRACK TEAM AT MY SCHOOL. I WOULD LIKE TO BE A 100 AND 200 METER SPRINTER AND TO DO THIS I WILL HAVE TO BUILD A LOT OF MUSCLE OVER THE NEXT FEW MONTHS AND HAVE A NICE SET OF ABS BECAUSE SPRINTERS ARE FAST. IF ANYONE WOULD LIKE TO BE MY PARTNER PLEASE LET ME KNOW.

dude i TOT understend u im 148 pounds itried diets but thats just baloney i even tried "hebalife" i 2 wnt 2 make it 2 the track team iget u iwaz cheking dis program out and got theze advices 1.drink alot of water 2.eat healthy snacks ONLY every time ur hungry 3.do sit-ups and push-ups every night add one push-up/sit-ups every night 4.run 4 1hr. at least once aweek BEST WISHES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
