Ht. 5'5", Start: 184 lb, Today: 178 lb, Goal: 150 lb - Hi guys. Well, since my scale is broken for now (gotta fix that, darn batteries...) I decided to take my measurements. Of course I'm not happy, but the thing is--see, I have a naturally large bone structure but I'm ok with that, though I don't look 178 more like 168, but I'd just be satisfied if I could tone up just a little. I don't care about having the "perfect" body or looking "super-hot" I just wanna be healthy and would like to loose 2 inches off my waist, 3 inches off my hips/lower belly, 3 inches from my thighs, and just tone up my arms. How can I do this, like what kinds of exercises? How long will it take? HELP!

Claire, waist and hips are two different measurements. Measure your waist by wrapping the tape around your stomach over the belly button. The hips are your lower belly, making sure the tape is wrapped around the hips. Haha about the scale! I know what you mean...but don't feel bad, my waist is like 39" and my hips are a whopping 42"!!! Ugh! =[

Hey Flower! I WISH my scale was broken...keeps giving me the same old stupid number! anywayy how do you measure yourself? I always get confused. Like, do you put the measuring tape around your waist or your hips? my stomach area is so darn big I don't know where to put the tape. ughhh! :(
