Ht. 5'8", Start: 225 lb, Today: 170 lb, Goal: 150 lb - despite eating terribly yesterday, i decided to do like 10 mins of a workout video called turbo jam (10 minutes is all i can do without getting reallllly bored). then i got on the scale today and its like in between 169 and 170. im almost in the 160s! i think one or two more days of dieting and i will be. yay :)i cant wait to be slim. everyone says i look slim now but i feel all fat and squishy still lol well good luck everyone. we can do it

how many cals do you stick to usually?

just counting calories and occasionally exercising (i really should exercise more). its pretty simple you just have to stick with it

hey i have turbo jam too and i love it... i'm not bored and it keeps me motivated... even though sometimes i hate her for the extra jump it's worth it and i feel so good after...
