Ht. 5'7", Start: 215 lb, Today: 205 lb, Goal: 150 lb - ugh. ate 2000 calories today. still haven't exercised. i need to. i will. and i will eat no more food tonight (it's 7pm here anyways)...darnnit. i was just doing so well. at least it wasn't a full-blown binge or anything...

p.s i saw your post on amanda's post and i was just responding.. the cals you choose to eat are up to you.. i eat 1500 a day or less some times only 1400 but it depend on you people ussaly to 1200-1500 to lose weight but it just depends on you

it's ok so you slipped a little it's one day dont let it follow the others... and you can still make today great by working out, going for a walk or doinjg some yard work
