Ht. 5'5", Start: 226 lb, Today: 255 lb, Goal: 135 lb - I am very overweight. I can't see my toes, I can't touch my toes. I hate stairs because i get out of breath. I have no time to exercise and hate all healthy foods. Does anyone have anything I could do?

you don't hate all healthy foods- you just aren't used to them. seriously- they can be amazing- i prefer healthy foods to most junk now- plus they make you feel good and they make you look great- not just weight wise but better hair, better nails, better skin. work slowly- drink more water, walk a little farther. it sucks sometimes but you just need to suck it up and do it too succeed in weight loss.

if you really want to do this you have to make a commitment.. you cant hate all good foods try cooking them steaming bakeing try salt pepper maybe a little bit of chesse. hide them in foods you like.. you have to take baby steps... it wont happen over night
