Ht. 5'5", Start: 215 lb, Today: 209 lb, Goal: 150 lb - Hey everyone! It's been awhile since I've been on this site but I came back to share some tips. For the past week I cut out all junk food and take out food, I eat 3 meals a day (breakfast,lunch,supper) with water to drink only, and if I am hungry between meals I will eat a banana. I went walking at a medium speed 4 times in this past week for 45 minutes each. After my walk, I would light jog back up my street for 15 seconds. A week ago, I weighed 215 lbs and I weighed myself this morning and I now weigh 209 lbs. So I lost 6 pounds in 1 week by doing all of this. I encourage everyone to try this & you will deffinatley see a difference. The hardest part for me was the walking because I am so out of shape. But now that I am starting to see results, I am more motivated to get out and walk ! Good luck everyone !!!!!!!!

thats great you have a plan and your sticking to it... i'm glad to hear that you are seeing results.... but a few things water can get boring fast... i mean i am a water drinker a big one but at times it gets hard try a few of those pour in drink mixes they are about 20cals a bottle.... or you can make some tea and mix in a zero cal sweetener like splenda... i sip on that guilt free great job good luck and see you around the site
