Ht. 5'6", Start: 160 lb, Today: 165 lb, Goal: 155 lb - Is it bad to work out everyday of the week? Today was my 6th day in a row. I do about an hour of cardio at the gym..30 minutes of moderate intensity walking/jogging and 30 minutes on the bike. Thats all im doing for now. I want to wait until i get some weight off before i start trying to sculpt anything. I do a little ab workout when i get home too but thats about it. And also, should i be doing more cardio or is what im doing fine for now? I just want to get this weight off. My first goal is 160, then 155, then maybe even 150-145.

You can totally reach your goal! And yes, you routine is fine, just make sure you give yourself one day free of formal exercise so your muscles can repair them,selves and you don't risk injury.

Your cardio is fine, but keep it at 6 days a week, your body needs a day to rest and recuperate.
