Ht. 5'4", Start: 210 lb, Today: 176 lb, Goal: 140 lb - Ok so today my whole body is sore!! but I don't mind. I know this is the good sore...the sore that tells me something must be working! since I've been working out all week. Today I decided to relax. Also got my *thing* today..so really wasn't in the mood. I ended up relaxing too much...and ate like 2 cups of ice cream!!:( but I'm thinking that Wednesday will be my off day. I still feel guilty about the ice cream but I dont know. It was so tempting and getting my thing just kicked my apetite into overdrive, you know. Will get back in routine tomorrow! won't let my *thing* ruin stuff for me lol. Hope you all are doing good!

I know you feel guilty about the ice cream. But there is nothing you can do about it now. DO not regret eatngit, just think about how it is making you stronger, because now you are going to push your self even harder! Look how far you have already come!!! You know you can do it! You just need to puh yourself a little harder and don't give up! I know you can do it! And also, when your on your period, sometimes, excercising can make you feel better! SO keep that in mind, even just stretching may help the job! Good luck with all you pursue!

It's okay I'm on my *thing* too and I get insane cravings for carbs and stuff. But you'll be fine. And working out like that is great!!! I'm happy for you even though you're aching all over lol. Keep feeling sore...er, strong. xD Couldn't resist that joke. Ah, good times my friend.
