Ht. 5'5", Start: 183 lb, Today: 183 lb, Goal: 130 lb - So today was umm idk well in the morning i was lk mannn. I was not thinking (cuz today was my first day dieting) i ate a bowl of ice cream with cholte surp D= i can't belive i did that! then around 12:00 I ate 3 slices of pizza (because my mom told me that, that could be my lunch for today. I felt soo bad for that! I went outside and walked a mile also i just did 10 mins on the e-lip-ti-cle -- lol idk how to spell it. Anyways so that was my day. All i can say it tomarrow i am going to do so much better! Also i forgot. Me and my mom went to the book store and i did not have enough money for the "the diet for teenagers only" i wanted so i got this nice food and exercise journal that u count ur cals and excerice in. panic at the disco yeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeahhhhhhhhhhhh ok now that iv got that out. i didnt do so great ithere it was all good till i ate the chicken thing from mickeyDs at 7p.m. then the cheese cake,cookies, snickers, and chips WOW i didn't realize how bad i did till i just wrote it down. man oh well and again panic at the disco freak yeah. when i say shot gun u say wedding shot gun weddin shot gun weddingggggggg!!!!!!!!!!!

A journal sounds great! I'm using that book and I love it so when you can make sure to buy it lol but in the meantime try checking it out from the library. Don't worry, do better tomorrow and it will be fine. And the exercise sounds good. Keep going!
