Ht. 5'4", Start: 142 lb, Today: 133 lb, Goal: 130 lb - how many calories should i eat 4 breakfast...how many 4 lunch... and how many 4 dinner. and i see theres another sophia here (whos lost a whole lot more than i have... congrats) so im gonna be sophia m. now...but its weird cuz were the same age and height and weight right now... anyways, i have 3 pounds to go and they wont come off. ive been working my butt off and i cant lose them. wats also weird is that i only have a week to lose them...just like the other sophia. thats freaky.

Try not to go lower than 1200 calories or higher than 2000 for your totally daily amount. You can mix it up however you want as long as your eating healthy. :) Eat throughout the day so you don't get as hungry, for example have breakfast, a snack, lunch, a snack, dinner, and occasionally a dessert! Hope I helped.

when counting cals it really depends on you you could at 500 per meal for 1500 or you could mix it up and have 300 at one meal and save the extra 200 for 2 100 or less cal snacks it's all up to you
