Ht. 5'5", Start: 183 lb, Today: 183 lb, Goal: 130 lb - So far today im doing pretty good---think. Lol anyways i got up at 7 [that was a killer] then i got dressed went to the kitchen. OH NO FOOD! but i thought. I had 1 cup of muti-grain cherrios cereal and 1 cup of milk for it. All that togather were only 200 cals. Then i told my self that i was going on a 1 mile walk. And did i? Yes i did =D im so proud of my self. Yay. So now i have to face lunch and dinner still. I think that im going to have like maybe a ham or turkey sandwhich on wheat bread and one of those mini bags of baked chips. But i really got to get on track with my water. 6-8 glasses a day ughh but i know i can do it. Good luck to all of you.

good work so far you can also get your water other ways yes it is hard to drink thamuch water when you know you have to but over time it will be easier try drinking those drink mixes they are about 20 cals if you use the whole pack but you still get water and something sweet try flavered water those have 0cals you can also drink tea it has 0 cals to begin with and if you have a 0 cal sweetener like splenda or equal it will be a sweet guilt free cal drink. i make a big thing of tea every week and sip on it it helps when i want pop or i want to munch on something and i dont have to feel bad after
