LAtely I've been craving it and there's so much good ones in my freezer...choc chip cookie dough, choc chip with peanut butter cups...moose tracks..I'm like dying! so today I promised myself..I won't even have a drop of icecream but just like 5 mins ago, I cracked and got myself a bowl!! I'm eating ice cream everyday and it's ridiculous. I don't know why I've been craving it so bad for the past week or two. It's weird and I wish it would stop. It's just SO good! lol um yeah, just wanted to post about that. I only did 2 miles today...was really tired :( but I danced a whole lot and my eating was good (MINUS the damn ice cream which totally ruined it!) :( hope you all did super good.

I buy Edys/Turkey Hill double churned ice cream/yogurt, and it only has 120-150 calories per 1/2 cup, so every day, since I crave it ALL the time, I have 1 cup of it which is 240-300 calories depending on the flavor I buy, and that's my snack! Remember, you don't have to deprive yourself of the foods you love, just have them in moderation, and work them into your daily calorie allowance!
Reply from Motivated, Age 19 - 06/20/08 - IP#: 71.192.26.xxx you just need to make sure you're eating only one serving (half a cup). you should actually measure it out. and try to wait until the very end of the day- if you've been good, reward yourself, if you've been bad. suck it up and don't eat any and tell yourself you'll do better tomorrow. you CAN do this, you've done so much more. Fight for it!
Reply from boooom, Age 17 - 06/19/08 - IP#: 66.91.3.xxx hey, i had the same problem with cola when i first started dieting. i think with every diet you need to treat yourself and for me, eating somthing bad everyday helps stop the cravings for other things. so i switched to coke zero, which is zero everything and only has a bit of sodium. i drink one every day and it helps keep me sain. you dont need to cut icecream out completely. buy some skinny cow icecream sandwhichs. there only 100 calories each. :] goodluck

I recommended a song called Get Up by Superchick in your last post so look that up and dance to it, it's really inspiring and a great uplifting song! I know what you mean about ice cream, but my biggest weakness is carbs. Sadly, the best thing to do is...chuck it. Yes, if you can't resist it, CHUCK IT! You will thank me later. Then go buy 1 carton of Edy's/Breyer's Churned Light Fat Free ice cream, OR fat free frozen yogurt, OR low-sugar ice cream, OR fruit sorbet OR low-sugar Popsicles. Hope I helped!
