Ht. 5'8", Start: 179 lb, Today: 161 lb, Goal: 150 lb - Down another lb =] I am sooo close to breaking the 150's..just 2 more lbs, im so excited. I'm not weighing in again until next Saturday cos i think i do better when im no obsessing over the scales everyday. Stay strong everyone <3

ya i understand about the over use of the scale i have to hide it from myself so i dont keep hopping on and off
