Ht. 5'4", Start: 210 lb, Today: 176 lb, Goal: 140 lb - Today was um....OK....I didn't really do anything lol. I was just tired and did 1/2 a mile and 50 crunches and pushups. I've decided that I'll do that 4 mile thing Mon-Fri and then on Sat-Sun I'll just do stretching and pushups,situps, lunges and some dancing cause you guys are right..it becomes boring after a while lol so I'll leave the weekends to do any exercise I want! as long as I'm moving=) all is well! I still haven't lost anythinggg and it's starting to tick me off! I used to lose weight SO fast before! it's not fair, it's not fair I tell you! I wish to speak to the manager! ok, simmer down. Just feel like my efforts are getting me nowhere :( you know? it's a lousy feeling, really. I think I may approach my scale with a knife tonight or a hammer. To the people who ARE losing weight...LET ME IN ON YOUR SECRET! I must know! ok I'm going now. Hope you all did amazingly welll! pray for meee!

1. lossing weight takes time 2. you will lose inches before pounds or i belive stones in your case.... 3. dont let it get you down workout harder change what you are eating 4. if you still are not losing weight look at how much food you are intaking even salad can make you gain depending what you place on it 5. dont worry at least you didnt gain 6. you have a great support system here good luck
