Ht. 5'4", Start: 175 lb, Today: 175 lb, Goal: 100 lb - I NEED SOME GOOD TIPS BECAUSE I AM IN SUMMER VACATION AND I AM BABYSITTING A RELATIVE OF MINE MONDAY THROUGH FRIDAY AND SINCE IM BABYSITTING I MAKE LUNCH HOWEVER I TEND TO EAT UNHEALTHY SNACKS LIKE LOLLIPOPS,COOKIES,CHIPS,ICE CREAM,AND MANY OTHER UNHEALTHY SNACKS... I NEED HELP I WANT TO LOSE WEIGHT TO IMPROVE MY SELF ESTEEM!!

yep i just put a post up about baby sittting it is something that wil pack the lbs on... here are some good ideas 1. pre pack your food at home and take it with you that way you will have the good for you food 2. take the kids for a walk put them in a stroller have them walk next to you it's good exercise and you get the children outside which is very good for them 3. when you reach for the bad for you food look at the cals and say do i want chips for 159 cals or do i want an apple a sandwitch and some carrots for the same amount hope this helpped good luck
