Hi I have a bit of a weight problem I have since 6th grade summer going into 7th grade before I was acutally skinny. Well I used to be active and played 4 sports then I just got board of them and ended up eating alot and not exercising ever I just started to pack on the pounds every month I put on 5 pounds. Now its summer going into 9th grade and I have a 62 waist and a size 2XL shirt and do not know what to do the most I can run is .12 of a mile and thats it I basicly will just sit around and eat and play video games the whole summer I can't even swim without getting made fun of help me please

first good think on jogging even if you jogg for a min and then walk for 30 secs you can build your way up to it.... second if you really have that big of a problem with going out and working out do it inside the house there are a billon and one things you can do. there are the basic work outs as well tons of dvds you can do and you can get them very cheap.. your eating habits have to chance healther foods better choices start samll and then work your way up
