Ht. 5'5", Start: 203.3 lb, Current: 184 lb, Goal: 125 lb -
hey people wasup? I've lost about 20 pounds so far. I can kind of notice a difference. Im really worried about stuff like excess skin and stretch marks. Im looking to lose about 50 more pounds any advice or comments?

1 that is a commen worry i am worried to i have been over weight my entire life i'm afriad my body dosent know to go back 2. strech marks can be faded or completly removed with fading cream or skin bleaching kind... however before you do that you should reserch the brands and look for something without hydr----something it has been linked to causeing caner... 3. toneing should help the skin tighten up and go back 4. lifting weights every few days is great and it helps your matabolism 5. dont worry about it focus on what you are doing now.. if the skin becomes a problem or the marks do we live in a world where those problmes can be fixed by a doctor.. if it comes to it...... however i highly doubt it.. 6. the saggy skin usally is in people who get the weight loss surgery and people who do not work out while they are losing weight or people who are hundreds of pounds over weight like 2-3 7. dont worry it will be ok

first off, congrats!!! 20 lbs is a big accomplishment! =) and about the excess skin thing...I don't think it will happen. I think that just happens to people who were REALLY big like 400 lbs or more..that's what I think because I used to weight more than you (210) and I don't see any excess skin..even if I haven't reached my goal weight yet, it's not there and as long as you get toned and sculpt your body AND eat right you will be fine.
