From panic at the disco junkie, Age 14 - 06/23/08 - IP#: 70.225.83.xxx Click here to reply Ht. 5'5", Start: 183 lb, Today: 180 lb, Goal: 130 lb - Eating is such a bad thing for me im going to say all the things that i ate today sandwhich 2 wheat pices of bread tosted 2 pecies of trukey with it and mayo then g-bar then another one of them sandwhich and later i ate a wrap with alot of hame and trukey on it with coby jack cheese and then for dinner i ate 1 pint of white rice. So i did so bad today. I went 2 mile walk a half mile bike ride and i burned 120 cals on the e-lip-ti-cle plus i drank 4 cups of water ugh for the next month of summer i have i am going to beat my slef up i AM going to loose it
Reply from Flower Fawn, Age 15 - 06/24/08 - IP#: 96.227.102.xxx Don't beat yourself up! What you really need is to set smaller goals and rewards to yourself and keep your eye on the prize. Ever 5 lbs you lose can be a small thing like new nail polish and every 10 lbs can be something bigger like a new pair of jeans. Just don't make any of them too expensive or food related becuase when you reach your goal you'll want to reward yourself with something really cool! As for your eating, you see to eating a lot of carbs and protein. But you also need some fruit, veggies, an dairy/soy. Try working in fruit first slowly. Have some juice in the morning and later have an apple or pear for a snack. Then start having carrot sticks with your sandwich, and a add a pudding or yogurt after that. Keep going, I know YOU can do it!! :D
