I'm so proud of you--keep going and congrats!!! No, omelets are great, just try to make them with low fat or fat free cheese!! :)

no, that's great! omletes with cheese and veggies have 3 important food groups, and since you had more than enough calorie room for dinner- it was a perfect way to finish your day. the only way it would be bad is if you had eaten too many calories since cheese usually has quite a bit. congrats on the weight los! you're doing so great, and omg- you're so close to the day you said you wanted it gone- not many people are actually able to do it!

my bad... didnt mean to post that yet... ok ive lost 10lb!!!!! im 2 away from my goal!!! and ive got half a week till i wanted it gone... well... i think its gonna take a little more than half a week. oh well. i went on a jog this morning(ive been jogging every morning for about 2 weeks now) and i feel good. is an omelete wiht cheese and peppers and onions bad for you? i had half of 1 for dinner last night. i wasnt that hungary but i had only eatin like 600 calories so i needed to eat some more. is that bad?
