Ht. 5'8", Start: 228 lb, Today: 199 lb, Goal: 130 lb - im done counting calories its making me mad i do fine when i don't count then i kno in doing great to day was the only day i haven't counted then this month (but i do only eat the serving size)today i ate 2 g-bars,a chicken sausage, strawberries, lean gourmet chicken dinner and exercised and im so sore it makes no sense how much my legs hurt but i did walk 10 miles yesterday to the library and thats the longest iv ever walk so that could be it but i actually feel alot better after exercising any good day for me and no more counting calories im to the point were eating healthy food and exercising is something i like to do not i chore so y should i do something i still hate counting those dang calories so bye bye thats it do u think im wrong for this decision

that's good counting cals is not for everyone..however i count them because i have found it is very easy to over eat on even good food... yes they are a pain sometimes however i like to look at the cals because when i'm not loseing weight i can tell y... besides over time you can just eyeball it... great job on your walk ... that will help aswell
