It helps flush out toxins in your body, speeds up weight loss, and clears you skin. Hmm, what else? Well, start out exercising by doing yoga or Pilates 2-3 times a week, then build up by doing some cardio and toning exercises. Also, have breath mints handy when you go out to eat, becuase popping one will usually kill cravings for second portions and sweets. Lastly, substitute all cabrs like pasta and bread for whole grain or whole wheat stuff; brown rice over white rice. Trist me, it helps. Best wishes and keep strong girl!!!
