Ht. 5'5", Start: 127 lb, Today: 154 lb, Goal: 107 lb - ok im going on vacation next monday and at out hotel there are no microwaves or refridgerators...and we have to eat all of or meals there!...well, we checked out the menu and there is not one healthy thing! my mom knows how i am but she said since its vacation, i have to eat the funnel cakes and fried chicken and pizzas! well i already know i have to eat it now and there is no way around it, and i even have to eat it at 11 at night before bed! is there anything i can do so i dont feel as bad about eating it and hopefully prevent weight gain?...what sucks the most is we are not going to a vacation to be active, we are supposed to relax and be unactive...idk, its something my mom wants to do for stress or something...help me?!

give yourself a break you can resume the diet after the vacation

yo its cool just eat it in small portions, put a small portion on your plate and then either get everyone else to eat it or move it out of the way

first of all you can bring your own microwave..... and bring a converter plug just in case it dosent fit.. you can also bring a cooler and fill it with ice there it's a hotel they should have an ice machine....if none of that works you can pack fruit and eat it there to help kinda off set all the bad foods...as well as when you order the "bad" food ask for substutions or diffren ways for it to be cooked
