Reply from Motivated, Age 19 - 07/10/08 - IP#: 71.192.26.xxx sit on the edge of your seat and just keep bending and unbending your legs. do leg lifts and free weights and crunches and whirling your arms. all sorts of exercises! just make sure you're eating well and you'll be fine for two weeks while you recover!
